Returns

Please note: We can only issue a full refund if the item is returned to us undamaged, unused, and in its original condition. If the item has been used, we reserve the right to withhold a portion of the refund. Gift cards and e-gift cards cannot be returned.

Returns that have been used, altered, or damaged cannot be accepted. In such cases, the return may be sent back to you and/or a refund may be refused. We cannot be held responsible for lost returns or items during transit.

RETURN PROCESS
1. Fill out the return form
To initiate a return, you must fill out the return form within 14 days of receiving the order that is included in your order and include it with the return shipment.

2. Create a return label
Germany: Email yourself the DHL return label at the following link:

Austria: Email yourself the DHL return label at the following link:
Austrian Return Label

Switzerland: Attach the returns label enclosed with the parcel so that it is clearly visible and take it to the nearest post office or Packstation.

3. Return shipment
Attach the return label to the package in a visible spot and bring it to the nearest post office or pack station. Please note that we do not cover the costs for pickup.


REFUND
The refund will be issued to your originally used payment method. Original shipping costs, duties, taxes or fees will not be refunded. Once your return has been received and inspected, it usually takes 10-14 business days for the refund to be issued to your payment method.

All shipping costs associated with your order are non-refundable. In addition, we cannot refund any return or processing costs incurred by you in returning products.
