Our shipping is carried out from Monday to Friday, except on public holidays.
Germany and Austria:
DHL Standard (2 - 3 WORKING DAYS)
4,95 € free shipping from an order value of 29,95 €
DHL Express (1 - 2 WORKING DAYS)
9,95 € free shipping from an order value of 200 €
Switzerland:
Post CH (3 - 4 working days):
6,95 € free shipping from an order value of 75 €
(all prices in the shop include Swiss VAT - there are no additional costs on arrival. Returns within Switzerland):
Delivery times
Estimated delivery times start from the day the order is placed. We will do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible, but cannot accept responsibility for delays due to remote delivery locations or bad weather.
General shipping information
All orders within Germany and Austria are delivered by DHL. Within Switzerland, delivery is made by Swiss Post.
Please make sure that you enter your billing and delivery address correctly when ordering, as we cannot forward them. Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
In order to ship your order, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
